Applicants’ completed application, references, and transcript(s) from each college and/or university attended must be received by the designated deadline(s) to interview for the next available enrollment cohort.

  • For Summer (August) cohort starts, all materials must be received by December 1st the year before the cohort starts, in order to meet CIMLE Match timelines.
  • For Winter (February) cohort starts, all materials should be received by June 1st the year before the cohort starts. However, application materials may be accepted on a rolling basis for the Winter cohort at the discretion of the Program Director until the cohort is full.

Each applicant is responsible for submitting the following application materials to the Program by the designated deadline.

  • A completed application form
  • An official transcript from each college and/or university attended by the applicant.
  • One reference from each of the following: 
    • Chemistry professor
    • Biology professor
    • Employer (if available, or another science professor or personal reference if the applicant has no work experience).

If the applicant meets the minimum application requirements, an interview will be arranged. If it is determined that the minimum qualifications are not met, the applicant will be informed that an interview will not be offered.

An overall GPA of 2.7 on a 4.00 scale, and a GPA of 2.7 in all hard science and math courses, are needed to be considered for admission. No grade of less than a "C-" is accepted for a required chemistry or biology course.
