Your brain works hard for you every day. The good news is that small, everyday choices can help keep it healthy. Little steps really do add up.

Eat healthy foods.
Reach for more fruits and vegetables whenever you can. Cutting back on salty and processed foods gives your brain a boost. Fresh foods help your whole body feel its best.

Keep moving.
You don’t have to run or lift heavy weights. Walking counts! A short walk each day helps blood flow and keeps your body strong.

Drink water and rest well.
Water helps your entire body work right, including your brain. Good sleep gives your brain time to rest and recharge.

Take care of your health.
Take your medicines the way your doctor says to. If you smoke or vape, cutting back or quitting helps your brain. Seeing your doctor regularly helps catch problems early.

Pick one healthy habit to practice today. Small choices today can help protect your brain tomorrow.
