Sheehan

Heritage Junior/Senior High School senior Abby Sheehan will continue her golf career at Huntington University.

Sheehan signed to join the Foresters' program during a ceremony December 10 at the school.

Sheehan helped start the girls golf program at Heritage four years ago, and was the only senior this season on a team that won its fourth-straight regular season Allen County Athletic Conference championship. The Lady Patriots also won three-straight ACAC Tournament titles. Individually, she has developed her golf game into one of the best players in the area, and her best round of 38 in for 9 holes briefly stood ast the Heritage school record in August.
