The Parkview Health Foundation’s Guardian Angel Program exists so that all those moments don’t fade away.
Through this program, you’ll have the opportunity to honor that Parkview caregiver who made a meaningful difference in the care you or your loved ones received and pay their kindness forward—with every dollar of your gift supporting the kind of care that can create these moments for future patients, and advance the work of those you are grateful for.
The caregiver you honor through your gift will be recognized with a personalized certificate and a distinctive, custom-crafted lapel pin—a keepsake they can wear to serve as a reminder of the impact of their work. We will also share your comments of gratitude.
For gifts of $500 or more, your caregiver will be celebrated during a special recognition ceremony with their team and leadership. We encourage you to attend this ceremony to reunite with your provider to share your own words of gratitude.
