FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Sept. 23, 2026 – Parkview Health has once again been named one of America’s Best Workplaces for Healthcare Professionals by Forbes and Statista.
The health system ranked No. 96 out of 250 employers on this year’s list, improving from No. 152 in 2025. Parkview was just one of eight Indiana companies recognized, and the only health system in northern Indiana.

America’s Best Employers for Healthcare Professionals, produced via a partnership between Forbes and Statista, were identified in an independent survey from a vast sample of more than 30,000 U.S. employees working for healthcare and social welfare providers employing at least 1,000 people within the U.S. The ranking evaluates employers based on Atmosphere and Development; Salary and Wage; Image; Company Culture; Working Conditions; and Workplace and celebrates outstanding workplace culture, employee support systems and unwavering commitment to advancing the healthcare professions.
