Parkview ranks No. 8 overall on North America Top 100 list
FORT WAYNE, Ind. – June 18, 2026 – For the second consecutive year, Parkview Health was named the No. 1 nonprofit in North America by Inspiring Workplaces Group.Parkview also achieved its best ranking yet on the 2026 Top 100 list, placing No. 8 overall after placing at No. 18 in 2024 and No. 31 in 2025.
Additionally, Parkview earned special recognition for its well-being programs for the third consecutive year and received special recognition for amplifying employee voice.

Inspiring Workplaces Group (IW), in association with Engagedly, recognized the Top 100 organizations leading with PeopleFirst cultures built on trust, purpose and belonging. Since 2015, Inspiring Workplaces has been honoring organizations that go beyond policies and programs to create
environments where people feel valued, included and empowered to thrive.From fostering inclusive environments to prioritizing well-being and amplifying employee voice, these organizations are setting a new standard for leadership and workplace experience across the region.
Organizations entered by sharing their PeopleFirst stories through a rigorous submission process based on six key elements IW believes are fundamental to creating an Inspiring Workplace: Culture & Purpose, Leadership, Wellbeing, Inclusion & Belonging, Employee Voice and Employee Experience. Entries were reviewed by an independent panel of expert judges, with scores determining the official rankings.

Parkview’s in-house MyWell-being department supports both the physical and mental health of its more than 17,500 co-workers across Indiana and northwest Ohio. With a wide range of programs including fitness challenges, intramural sports, monthly book clubs, renewal seminars, free access to the Calm app and the innovative Parkview Pups program among many others, Parkview empowers co-workers to
maintain healthy bodies and minds.Parkview also highly values co-worker feedback as it continues to evolve and improve its benefits programs. Parkview is in the midst of a 75-stop systemwide listening tour this year to hear directly from co-workers about their best days at work and how Parkview can help create more of those days. More than two dozen changes have been implemented as a direct result of co-worker feedback, such as recent perks including flexible pay options and improved child care resources and support.

Parkview is now automatically eligible for the Inspiring Workplaces Global Top 100 list, which will be released later this year.
