Parkview was considered for the global list after being named the No. 1 nonprofit and No. 8 overall in North America in June.

“Our culture delivers a shared mission and purpose to our nearly 18,000 co-workers across Indiana and northwest Ohio,” said Dena Jacquay, chief administrative officer, Parkview Health. “Parkview invests in the physical and mental well-being of our co-workers, supporting and empowering them to be their best selves at work. We’re proud to be recognized among the world’s best employers with Inspiring Workplaces for the third consecutive year.”

The Global Top 100 brings together the highest-scoring organizations recognized earlier this year across Asia; Australasia; Europe; Latin America; Middle East and Africa; North America; and UK and Ireland; celebrating those that have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to creating PeopleFirst cultures where people and performance thrive together. While spanning different countries, sectors and sizes, each organization earned its place through the same independently judged, story-based awards process, demonstrating through evidence and impact how it is putting its people first. Rankings are structured around six key elements, including culture and purpose; leadership; wellbeing; inclusion and belonging; employee voice; and employee experience.

Parkview was ranked No. 18 in 2024 and No. 31 in 2025 in North America and received special recognition for its well-being and employee voice efforts in the 2026 awards. Globally, the organization also ranked No. 19 in 2024 and No. 43 in 2025. Inspiring Workplaces discontinued numerical rankings for its global list this fall and recently rebranded the award as Inspiring Place to Work™.

“Throughout the year, we have the privilege of celebrating inspiring organizations across each of our regions. The Global Top 100 is the moment we bring the very best of those organizations together in one place and recognize them on a truly global stage,” said Matt Manners, founder of Inspiring Workplaces Group. “Different countries. Different industries. Different sizes and challenges. But one thing connects them all: they have demonstrated through their story, evidence and impact, a commitment to creating workplaces where people and performance can thrive together.”

The recognition is the latest in a series of culture awards earned by Parkview for its excellent workplace environment. Parkview was named No. 5 overall on the 2025 list of Most Loved Companies; recognized as a Forbes Best-in-State employer for five consecutive years; named to Newsweek’s Best Workplaces in Health Care for two consecutive years; and had hospitals recognized among the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s and Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work lists.

“Our physicians, nurses, caregivers and administrative team members are empowered to deliver the highest quality care because of the support Parkview provides them,” said Dr. Ray Dusman, president, physician and clinical enterprise, Parkview Health. “Whether it’s programs allowing them to skill up into new roles, reimbursement to further their education or well-being programs to help manage their mental health and stress, Parkview inspires and empowers our co-workers to pursue their personal and professional goals.”
