Palliative care during serious illness

Palliative care manages symptoms, pain and stress that you or your loved one may experience with serious illness. Palliative care supplements medical treatment and, if needed, allows for a smooth transition to hospice services.

Grief and bereavement

Grief is a normal and natural response that we all experience in response to loss. If you have recently lost someone, bereavement services are available for more than 12 months after their passing.
