Step in line
One of the key things to do when running, is to make sure you step right underneath yourself, under your hips. Avoid stepping too far out in front of yourself.
Relax
The second thing is to make sure you keep a relaxed face, neck, shoulders and hands. Avoid being too tense, which can lead to struggling through your run.
In and out
The last tip for running form is to make sure you find a breathing rhythm. You don't want your breathing to be erratic. Settle into a nice pace with an easy breathing rhythm.
Adopting these strategies can help you become a stronger runner and enjoy the exercise more.
