It's Personal:  "I decided to become an athletic trainer my freshman year of college. As a high school and collegiate athlete, sports medicine was something that interested me; and I wanted to find a way to still be involved with sports when it came to choosing my career. My job is very personal, because I've realized I have found my purpose in helping student-athletes. Being able to help an athlete in need is what our careers are all about, and what drives us to be better at our jobs every single day."
