Lakeland has used a full offseason to improve on offensive and defensive schemes that second-year coach Ryan O'Shea and his staff have implemented. O'Shea says the preps for Year 2 are "night and day" in contrast to where the Lakers were a year ago. Lakeland will go through the rigors of a NECC Big Division, but that competition will serve as a good reference for how improved this team is in 2021.
