East Noble senior quarterback will continue his football career at the college level.
Parker signed with the University of Saint Francis during a ceremony on February 6 at the school.
Parker put up big numbers while leading the Knights to a 4A state runner-up finish in November. He earned the 4A football Mental Attitude Award, which honors on field prowess, scholastic achievement and community service contributions.
In his senior season, he completed 62.2 percent of his passes for 3,110 yards, 39 touchdowns and 12 interceptions.

He also rushed for 1,363 yards and another 18 touchdowns on the ground.
