Concordia has taken the benefits of a full year under head coach Phil Brackmann to improve. The Cadets return 5 seniors after the graduation of 6 a year ago. That leadership has been important to Concordia learning Brackmann's system. While the Cadets may be smaller in size, they are a strong-shooting team. With a little more experience coming off the bench, Concordia fields more weapons as well, this year.
