New Haven returns a solid group of Bulldogs that took their lumps last year, went 10-15, but found promise in a late-season push to the sectional championship game. The Dawgs' Top 3 scorers return, including senior Donovynn Lewis who led the team with about 15 points per game last season. The emphasis is defense, and an up-tempo style on on offense that gets New Haven up-and-down the court. New IHSAA classifications move New Haven to 4A, but head coach Bruce Stephens says the maturity of his team helps the Bulldogs against anybody.
