Southwood returns 15 starters (8 offense, 7 defense) to a team in the hunt for its 3rd straight Three Rivers Conference championship. The Knights use a spread offense, and rely on talented skills position to rack up the yards, points and wins. Head coach Dave Snyder admits the offensive line needs some work, but the use of two quarterbacks gives Southwood another offensive wrinkle. With the TRC moving from two divisions and a conference title game to a traditional standings-based championship, games at Rochester and at Peru are now on Southwood's season slate. The Knights will see two different.
