⚾️ PSM TinCaps players went through a preseason injury risk evaluation with our PSM Sports Therapy team. Players from the 14-16U teams were tested on their range of motion on the shoulder, elbow, rotator cuff, and single-leg power. This collaboration between the PSM TinCaps and PSM Sports Therapy is designed to make sure the players are healthy heading into their high school seasons.
