
Brock Rohrbacher, the former athletic director and football coach at Leo, will take over the Woodlan football team starting in the 2024 campaign.
Woodlan athletics announced Rohrbacher’s hiring on X.
Rohrbacher was Leo’s head coach from 1999 to 2005. He would go on to become athletic director until 2019. The last few years, Rohrbacher returned to the Lions’ sidelines as an assistant coach while serving as a physical education teacher at the school.
His first head coaching job was at New Haven from 1995 to 1998.
Rohrbacher graduated from Snider High School, and was an All-State linebacker for the Panthers’ 1986 state runner-up team. He also won the IHSAA Mental Attitude Award that season.
Woodlan finished 2-8 this past season, and is 17-43 since finishing as 2A state runner-up in 2017.
