Registration is now open for the 2023 Fort Wayne Parks & Recreation/Parkview Sports Medicine Junior & PeeWee Golf Tours.
The summer-long tours provide high school and youth golfers the opportunity to competitive golf tournaments at courses around Fort Wayne.
The Junior Tour is for boys and girls ages 12 to 18, and features eight separate events in June and July. Players who are 12 and 13 play 9 holes of the course, while players 14 to 18 play a full 18-hole round.
The PeeWee Tour features five tournaments in June and July for players age 3 to 11. Boys and girls age 3 to 5 play three holes, boys and girls ages 6 to 9 play six holes, and players age 10 and 11 play nine holes. On the PeeWee Tour, all tournaments are caddy events, which allows parents to attend, walk with their children, carry their bags and help with scorekeeping and shot-selection.
For both the Junior and PeeWee Tours, players may pre-register for the entire tour or individual events. Same-day walk-up registration is welcome at each event, as well.
