Community Mental Health Center

What is a Community Mental Health Center?

Park Center is one of 24 Community Mental Health Centers (CMHC) in the state of Indiana and is the designated CMHC for Allen, Adams, and Wells Counties.  As the CMHC, Park Center is certified by the Division of Mental Health an Addiction (DMHA) to provide a full continuum of mental health services to those who meet the diagnostic, functional, and income guidelines set forth by DMHA.

Park Center’s program are designed with team-based care in mind, as most of our clients require multiple service providers working together in tandem in order to achieve the best outcomes.  Teams may consist of a therapist, case manager, and a prescriber.  All services are individualized and based upon a comprehensive assessment of needs to identify what best-practice interventions will be recommended.
