Cooking Demonstration: Smarter Sips for Everyday Health

What we drink matters. Beverages are often the largest source of added sugars in the diet, quietly influencing energy levels, weight, blood sugar, heart health, and hydration. Yet for many individuals, making healthier drink choices feels overwhelming – labels are confusing, trends change constantly, and nutrition advice can feel contradictory. Crystal Ruisard, MHS, RDN, LD, community outreach dietitian, Parkview Center for Healthy Living, will share with you new flavors and routines that can feel just as satisfying and positively impact your health.

This program requires at least 10 participants and allows up to 20.
