Parkview's lactation consultants help pumping or breastfeeding mothers reach their breastfeeding goals with free support. This group allows for a drop-in style of scheduling – no need to make an appointment, just come during our available times. Stay for a short assessment or the whole hour and make some friends; the choice is yours!

Mom and Me: Plant Forward Fruit Desserts

This Mother’s Day themed cooking class will be a sweet experience for moms, grandmothers, caregivers, and kids looking to spend quality time together in the kitchen. Ali Thomas, RDN, LD, community outreach dietitian, will lead families as they create fruit-powered desserts that are simple, nutritious, and bursting with seasonal flavor. This class is designed for all ages and skill levels, with plenty of kid-friendly tasks. Participants will take home delicious samples, recipe cards, and new ideas for nutritious seasonal recipes to make at home.

Cost: Free Registration is required by April 29.
