Personal profile and benefits
MyHR – allows you to view or update the following information.
- Personal/household information (home address, phone number, etc.)
- Benefit summaries, benefit selections for life events (marriage, birth of a child, etc.), and change in employment
- View your payroll deposit with your user name and password

Logansport Memorial Legacy Systems
First, download the Citrix Workspace App https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/ and select it for either Mac or Windows based on your PC’s operating system.

This site is LMH’s Citrix. You will log in with your hospital login. Once you are logged in you will be presented with two tabs, favorites, and apps. In the app’s sections, you will find all of our applications including Cerner, ADP, Employee Portal, and Outlook. You may click on the details button to add the apps to your favorites page.
