Parkview Health & Fitness Center offers a unique fitness environment where your level of fitness doesn’t matter. What matters is that you are making a choice to become more active. Our professionally trained staff and certified instructors will work with you to develop personalized programs that meet your needs. Members enjoy:
- Three free equipment training sessions with a certified exercise specialist
- Routine blood pressure screens and an oxygen saturation assessment
- Group exercise classes (approximately 20 classes are offered per week)
- Senior Wellness Center
- Personal training*

Health & Fitness Class Schedule
You can boost your resting metabolism with a weights class, or choose to relax your mind and spirit with yoga or Pilates.
Find a class – or several – that works for you, and join us at our next session.
Fitness equipment includes:
- Stationary bicycles
- Stair Steppers
- Elliptical trainers
- Indoor track for walkers
- Various free weights
- Various plate weight equipment
If you’d rather exercise outdoors, the Mark Slen Trail is close to the facility. Located south of the fitness center parking lot, the 1.33-mile, asphalt-surfaced trail is suitable for walking, jogging and wheelchairs. Mileage markers and arrows are posted as guides.
