Parkview Health & Fitness Center offers a unique fitness environment where your level of fitness doesn’t matter. What matters is that you are making a choice to become more active. Our professionally trained staff and certified instructors will work with you to develop personalized programs that meet your needs. Members enjoy:

  • Three free equipment training sessions with a certified exercise specialist
  • Routine blood pressure screens and an oxygen saturation assessment
  • Group exercise classes (approximately 20 classes are offered per week)
  • Senior Wellness Center
  • Personal training*

  • Indoor track for walkers

If you’d rather exercise outdoors, the Mark Slen Trail is close to the facility. Located south of the fitness center parking lot, the 1.33-mile, asphalt-surfaced trail is suitable for walking, jogging and wheelchairs. Mileage markers and arrows are posted as guides.
