Three Leo Lions make college athletic plans official

Three Leo High School seniors put pen paper, making their college athletic plans official.

Baseball player Donavin Massing will play at Adrian College, an NCAA Division III school in Adrian, Michigan. Massing batted .300 as a junior with five RBI. As a pitcher, he went 4-2 with a 4.74 earned run average and one save.

David Slick has signed on as a sprinter for Indiana Tech track & field. As a junior, David won the Northeast 8 Conference championship in the 100-meter dash and the North Side sectional championship in the 200-meter dash. 

Trinity Mukensturm is joining the women's soccer program at Indiana Tech. Trinity says college soccer became a possiblity for her rather recently, and she felt at home when she visited the Warriors.
