MONROEVILLE, Ind. - Heritage High School senior Jack Beauchot will continue running at the college level.
Beauchot, a distrance runner for the Patriots, signed Friday his letter of intent to run cross country and track and field at the University of Saint Francis.
Beauchot accumulated 8 letters in cross country and track at Heritage. In cross country, he had All-Allen County Athletic Conference finishes of 4th as a junior and 5th as a senior. The Patriots also won back-to-back ACAC team titles. In track & field, he was the ACAC champ in the 3200-meter run. Heritage clinched its third straight ACAC title last week.
Beauchot plans to study pre-med with hopes of becoming a veterinarian.
