Prairie Heights senior Alexis German is the fifth girls basketball player to surpass 1,000 career points.
The Lady Panthers guard hit the milestone January 10 against Angola, while hitting a free throw. Angola won a close-fought contest, 40-32.
German earned All-Northeast Corner Conference honors as a junior.
