Cadets senior Falkenstern signs with Concordia University Chicago soccer

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - From Concordia to Concordia. Thats the intent of girls soccer player Paige Falkenstern.

The Concordia Lutheran High School senior signed her national letter of intent to join the women’s soccer program at Concordia University Chicago during a ceremony Tuesday afternoon at the school’s Worship Conference Center.

Paige joins a long line of family members who attended the school in the Chicago suburb of River Forest, Ill. The Lady Cougars compete in the NCAA’s Division III and the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference.

In 3 varsity seasons as a Cadet, she scored 2 goals and 6 assists as a forward and midfielder. She was part of the sectional championship team as a sophomore. She played club soccer at Fort Wayne Sport Club.

Paige is undecided on a major, but is leaning towards sports marketing or a related field.
