Health care in your home
Home health care is personalized healthcare provided in the comfort of your home by trained professionals who follow treatment orders from your physician. Being in a familiar setting, surrounded by family and friends, can make you or your loved one feel better during a time of illness or injury.
Whether you are recovering from surgery or illness, or living with a chronic disease, Parkview Home Health & Hospice can assist with medical needs following a hospital stay. Receiving care at home may even shorten a hospital stay by providing skilled nursing care and rehabilitation.
Or your condition may not require admission to a medical facility, but you are experiencing changes in your health. At these times, our staff can provide the medical support you need.

If you are currently in the hospital or a nursing facility, your physician or a facility staff member can coordinate services for you.
If you are referred for home health services, a nurse will assess your condition and discuss a plan of care.
