The Assessment Center at Park Center
The Assessment Center at Park Center offers assistance to anyone experiencing emotional distress or a mental health concern. Experienced specialists are available to guide you to the appropriate level of care or resources for your situation.
Park Center is the community mental health center (CMHC) for Allen, Adams and Wells counties. Together Park Center and Parkview Behavioral Health Institute provide easy access to the most robust continuum of services in northeast Indiana that support an individual’s emotional and mental well-being or recovery from substance use.
