Coronavirus (COVID-19) Symptom Checker

How can I tell if I’ve got COVID-19?

Parkview recognizes you may have concerns and questions about the symptoms of COVID-19. Most people have mild symptoms that do not require medical care or testing. These individuals are advised to stay home rather than seek medical care.

To learn more information about local testing options, visit the Indiana State Department of Health's website and the Ohio Department of Health's website.

If you think you may have symptoms of COVID-19 or believe you have been exposed, the following tool has been developed to help you understand when to seek care.

COVID-19 Symptom Checker

Parkview Health offers this online COVID-19 assessment to help you determine the appropriate level of care, based on your current symptoms. If you’re experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 and notify them if you suspect you have COVID-19.

In the two weeks before you felt sick, have you been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 or visited a place (i.e. nursing home facility, assisted living facility) where COVID-19 is spreading?

Do you currently have symptoms that may be due to COVID-19 including fatigue, difficulty breathing, cough, sore throat, fever, repeated shaking with chills, muscle or body aches, headache, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, or new loss of smell or taste?

Do you have severe symptoms such as feeling very ill, noticeably short of breath, blue-colored lips or face, chest pain, light-headedness, confusion, uncontrollable shaking, or any other worrisome symptoms for which you would typically seek immediate medical attention at an urgent care or emergency room?

This is where the final message will go.
