Shoulder surgery exercises
Below is a playlist of videos that show you exercises to perform before and after surgery. Performing these exercises will strengthen your muscles and may make your recovery faster. Prior to surgery, we recommend you do each exercise 10 times, twice a day. After surgery, unless otherwise directed by your therapist or surgeon, resume these exercises in combination with your daily routine for improved wellness. You can also view the entire playlist here.
Activities of daily living
Below is a playlist of videos that show you how to safely perform activities that you complete daily. To best prepare for surgery, we recommend reviewing the steps shown before your surgery. After surgery, you may return to these videos as needed to reinforce your understanding of how to safely perform the activities.
