Parkview Health expands specialty care in central Indiana with new Noblesville Diabetes and Endocrinology clinic

Clinic builds on partnership with Riverview Health

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. – Nov. 17, 2025 – Parkview Health continues to grow its presence in central Indiana with the opening of Parkview Physicians Group (PPG) – Noblesville Diabetes and Endocrinology, located at 395 Westfield Rd., Suite D, Noblesville. The clinic, which officially opened on November 3, is part of a collaboration between Parkview Health and Riverview Health to strengthen access to specialty care and improve coordination across Hamilton County.

The new clinic is home to three experienced endocrinologists — Lori Brame, MD; Raj Nagaraj, MD; and Swathi Rao, MD — who provide comprehensive care for patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis and other endocrine conditions. These providers previously served patients through Riverview Health and now continue their practice under the Parkview Physicians Group name, supported by Parkview Health’s broad network of resources and integrated care.

“Our collaboration with Riverview Health combines the strengths of two mission-driven organizations — both deeply committed to providing exceptional care and improving access for the communities we serve,” said Dr. Greg Johnson, chief physician executive of growth and emerging markets, Parkview Health. “This new clinic reflects our shared focus on quality, compassion and expanding the reach of specialized care in central Indiana.”

Under the PPG umbrella, patients at the Noblesville clinic will have access to Parkview’s full continuum of services, including primary care, cardiovascular and neurological care, weight management, and population health resources.

“Endocrinology plays a critical role in managing chronic conditions that affect overall health and quality of life,” said Dr. Jeffrey Boord, chief quality and safety officer, Parkview Health, who also leads the system’s endocrinology and diabetes programs. “Through this clinic, we’re ensuring that patients in Hamilton County can access expert specialty care close to home, with the added benefit of Parkview’s integrated care model and advanced tools for managing complex conditions.”

The health systems prioritized a seamless transition, allowing patients to continue receiving care from their trusted physicians at the same location. Billing and electronic health record systems have transitioned to Parkview Health, and patients are being supported in creating Parkview MyChart accounts to continue communicating electronically with their care team.
