Yeleti previously served as a physician executive for Indianapolis-based Community Health Network for 17 years, with roles including president of the Indiana Heart Hospital, president of the Community Physician Network and chief physician executive for the health system.

He previously served as a board member of Indianapolis-based BioCrossroads, a catalyst for Indiana’s life sciences sector, advancing the state’s position as a global leader in research, development, manufacturing, and healthcare innovation.

Yeleti has also served as a clinical associate professor of medicine for Marian University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine and as chair of the university’s Academic Affairs Committee since 2024.

“Dr. Yeleti is an excellent physician and leader in central Indiana with a proven record of building strong relationships with physicians,” said Dr. Greg Johnson, chief physician executive for growth and emerging markets, Parkview Health. “As Parkview continues to grow and bring new care options to residents around the Indianapolis metro, West Lafayette and other regions, we’re excited to add an experienced leader like Dr. Yeleti to help identify and recruit talented physicians to Parkview.”

In addition to providing physician enterprise and clinical leadership in Parkview’s emerging central Indiana market, Yeleti will assist with the health system’s strategic growth in life sciences, academic medicine and clinical research opportunities.

Yeleti received his Doctor of Medicine from Northeast Ohio Medical University in 1991 before pursuing an internal medicine residency at the Mayo Clinic and a cardiovascular disease fellowship at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He received an honorary Doctorate in Public Health from Marian University in 2022 and completed the advanced management program in healthcare leadership and executive management at the Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2024.

Yeleti was named a Douglas J. Leonard Caregiver of the Year by the Indiana Hospital Association in 2021.

“Great care begins with great physicians, so I’m excited to help Parkview build its presence in central Indiana and beyond,” Yeleti said. “Parkview has long been a leader in quality and safety and continues to make strides to expand access, reduce cost and increase options for Hoosiers as they find the right healthcare for themselves and their families.”
