Fort Wayne, IN – April 10, 2024 – Indiana Talent Attraction is proud to announce the successful recruitment of 15 international nurses over the past 12 months, all committing to serve at Parkview Health. The two organizations have partnered to focus on the ongoing need for expanding the pipeline of skilled healthcare professionals in the state.
Of the 15 recruited nurses, 14 are registered nurses with 4-year degrees and an average of 10.2 years of experience, hailing from the South American country of Brazil. These highly qualified professionals are currently in the final stages of the immigration process.
