Warsaw, IND. – March 15, 2024 – Parkview Health and Ortho NorthEast (ONE) are bringing a new orthopedic ambulatory surgery center (ASC) and medical office building to Warsaw.
The new facility will be located on a currently vacant lot on C.R. 200 N, just north of Parkview Kosciusko Hospital (PKH). Construction on the 14,750-square-foot ASC, Parkview Kosciusko SurgeryONE, is scheduled to begin this month and be complete by July 2025.
Following completion of the surgery center, a Parkview Physicians Group clinic and ONE clinic will be constructed on the same property.
“Modern technology has helped make surgery less invasive and the recovery process quicker,” said Dr. Alan McGee, president, Parkview Health Orthopedics. “We’re excited to continue expanding the care options available to residents in Kosciusko County using state-of-the-art equipment and a personalized approach to outpatient care.”
Parkview Kosciusko SurgeryONE will provide a wide variety of orthopedic surgeries not requiring an overnight stay, including total joint replacements; sports medicine, such as ACL reconstruction; and spine, hand and upper extremity surgeries.

The new facilities are Parkview’s latest investment in Kosciusko County. After recently completing an expansion that doubled the size of the former Parkview Warsaw, the new Parkview Kosciusko Hospital opened to the publicin January 2024. Parkview also opened a new occupational health and shared employer clinic on Mariners Drive in November 2023.

Parkview and ONE currently operate one ASC in Fort Wayne, Parkview SurgeryONE, located at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Parkview also operates an ASC on the Parkview Southwest campus. The health system also recently announced a collaboration with Surgery Partners to expand ASCs across the state of Indiana.
