Patients and Visitors

Getting here is easy. Parkview Ortho Hospital is on the Parkview Regional Medical Center campus near Dupont Road and I-69, Entrance 7. Dedicated patient and visitor parking is located right by our front door.

9 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.


Free public parking is provided in lots outside Entrance 7. Guests are welcome to park in any non-reserved space in any of the public lots.


Parkview Ortho Hospital guests may dine in the Parkview Regional Medical Center’s restaurant. Located behind the main lobby of the Parkview Regional Medical Center, the restaurant offers a wide array of dining options,  including made-to-order meals, fresh-baked pizza, salads, snacks and hot and cold drinks. Please ask a staff member or stop at the information desk in the Ortho Hospital lobby for directions. You can call (260) 266-6368 to hear a recorded message listing featured daily menu options.

Coffee bars

Three coffee bars, operated by Parkview’s Nutrition Services department, are available to guests on the Parkview Regional Medical Center campus:

Parkview Ortho Hospital lobby

Starbucks® products, wraps, salads and other snacks.
Hours: 6:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Parkview Women’s & Children’s Hospital lobby

Starbucks® coffee products, sandwiches and dessert and snack items. 
Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Parkview Outpatient Center lobby

Seattle’s Best Coffee® products and sandwiches, fruit, light breakfast and snack items and beverages. 
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Cell phones

Cell phone use is restricted in some areas of the hospital due to possible interference with biomedical equipment.

Tobacco-free facilities

All Parkview Health campuses are tobacco-free. No tobacco use of any kind is permitted – inside or outside – on our property. Parkview’s decision to go tobacco-free is a tangible way we can demonstrate our ongoing commitment to a healthier work environment and to a better experience for our patients and their families. Language interpreters

Sign language/translator services are available at Parkview on an as-needed basis. For assistance, ask a nurse, or call the Parkview Regional Medical Center at (260) 672-4300 or ext. 24300 from a Parkview phone.
