Parkview Hospital Randallia is here to provide quality care to our community.

Parkview Hospital Randallia is a tobacco-free campus. No tobacco use of any kind is permitted – inside or outside – on our property. Parkview’s decision to go tobacco-free is our ongoing commitment to a healthier work environment and to a better experience for our patients and their families. Cell phone use may be restricted in some areas of the hospital due to possible interference with biomedical equipment.

Below, we hope you find some resources that will help you during your time here, whether as a patient or visitor.

Entrances and hours

Entrance 1 – Off of Randallia Drive

Entrance 2 – Off of Randallia Drive (near Helmke Drive)

Entrance 4 – Off of Carew Street

Guests visiting the hospital from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. should use the Emergency Department entrance off State Blvd.

Chapel

The Chapel, located on the second floor above the main lobby, offers a tranquil place for prayer or reflection anytime.

Chaplains are available to you and your family 24 hours a day by request made to any member of the care team. A listing of local houses of worship is also available upon request.

Services that take place in the hospital chapel:

  • Catholic Mass at noon each Thursday
  • Non-denominational worship service at 4:30 p.m. each Sunday
  • Non-denominational worship at 6:30 p.m. at Parkview Behavioral Health each Sunday

Everyone is welcome to attend any chapel service. Robes, wheelchairs and IV poles are welcome and appropriate.

Written resources are available near the chapel or by request from a chaplain.

  • New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures
  • The Book of Mormon
  • Torah
  • Holy Qur’an
  • Magazines – Our Daily Bread and Guideposts
  • Prayer guides
Dining

You, your loved ones and the general public are all welcome at Parkview Place Café, located on the lower level of the hospital. The café offers a relaxed atmosphere, with booth and table seating, televisions and an atrium. Menu selections include soups, salads, grill and deli items, entrees, desserts, snacks and beverages.

  • Breakfast 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., daily.
  • Lunch Monday – Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (hotline & grill items available);
    Saturday – Sunday, only grill items available.

Grill is open daily 11 a.m. –  8 p.m. 

Dining room is open from 6:30 a.m. to 3 a.m.

Gift shop and flowers

Gift shop

Located just off the lobby, the Parkview Re:Sourxe Gift Shop proudly serves Starbucks Coffee® and offers a broad assortment of merchandise. In addition to flowers, greeting and gift cards, convenience items and snacks, the shop sells:

  • Toys and stuffed animals
  • Specialty, religious, mother and baby gifts
  • Jewelry and fashion accessories
  • Products from local businesses
  • Apparel and gifts featuring the Parkview logo

Gift shop hours are Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Flowers

Volunteers assist with delivery of floral arrangements between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday. There are no Sunday or holiday flower deliveries by volunteers.

Live floral or plant deliveries cannot be made to patients and staff in the Emergency and Surgery units. Floral arrangements sent to patients and staff in these areas, or to patients who have been discharged, will be returned to the florist.

Arrangements and gifts can also be selected in the hospital gift shop. Call 260-373-4593.

MedLink Public Transportation Service

Parkview Hospital Randallia is served by the MedLink bus route, a service of Citilink that is funded by Parkview Health. This service operates hourly Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. The route connects the Parkview Regional Medical Center and Parkview Hospital Randallia campuses and connects with Citilink routes 1, 2, 3, 4 & 21, as well as destination points along the Medlink route. Passenger fares follow Citilink’s current rate structure ($1.25/ride with discounts available)

Outpatient pharmacy

The outpatient pharmacy is located near the Emergency Department.

Hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (closed from 12:30-1 p.m.); Saturday and Sunday, closed.

Language interpreters

Language interpretation services are available as needed. To receive these services, please ask a member of the medical staff for assistance.

Lost and found items

Patients should send valuables or large sums of money home with a family member or friend or give them to the nurse so they can be kept in the hospital safe until the patient's discharge.

If you misplace any personal property, call 260-373-3300. Parkview Hospital Randallia is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Services for the hearing impaired

Parkview is dedicated to providing appropriate assistance to people who have hearing impairments. Closed-caption devices are available for TVs, and amplified handsets are available for the phone. Ask your nurse for assistance.

Wi-fi

The hospital has a free Internet Wi-Fi Hotspot network for use by patients and visitors. If you need assistance in connecting to the network, ask your nurse.
