When we think about Parkview Health, we often think about the relationships that form between our patients and their caregivers. But within these walls, we find incredibly strong bonds between co-workers who share common demands, common challenges and common wins. There’s a special connection that comes from shared experiences, and we want to celebrate the friendships that are flourishing within our health system. No one can pour from an empty cup, and nothing fills us up quite like a good pal.
Haylee and Allie
In 2019, Allie Felts, residency program coordinator, General Surgery, and Haylee Eckert, marketing and community relations specialist, started working together. They immediately clicked over a shared love of golf. Their friendship blossomed through brunches and birthdays and carried into the pandemic. During the initial months of a shift to remote work, the pair developed a morning ritual of chatting over coffee. Through their years of friendship, they’ve shared major milestones and adventures, like hiking and kayaking. Their commitment to talk and connect has led to a very special bond that both women treasure deeply.
