A conversation about prayer and meditation

In a recent study, Pew Research Center found that 55% of adults reported practicing some form of prayer at least daily. A report using data from the 2017 National Health Interview Survey found that 14.2% of adults were engaging in some form of meditation regularly. While the act might look different for different people, the majority of the population is carving out time for quiet reflection, connection or setting thoughtful intentions.
