Beginner Tai Chi

oin John Milligan, instructor, Corporate Health & Prevention, for a mid-morning exercise. Tai Chi helps improve body movement, reduce stress, strengthen balance and boost coordination using mind, breath and body. During each session, you’ll learn two warm-up exercises, four drills and a short form from the Sun Style. This class is perfect if you want to learn the basics of Tai Chi.
