Yoga is a great way to gain strength and stretch while learning to focus on your breath. In addition, yoga can also help the body relax and release stress from your day. Join YogaFit® instructor Margie Morgan, Parkview Warsaw YMCA, as she leads you through an introduction to gentle yoga. You will learn basic yoga poses with modifications. Mats available. When registering, let us know if you will need to borrow a mat for your practice.
