Join Dr. Dave in his continuing mindfulness series via Zoom. Mindfulness practice builds resiliency and capacity to meet the challenges of change and stress. This program is helpful to our world which is not only stressful but evolving with the COVID-19 fear. This program is geared for adults who desire personal renewal and insights on how mindfulness enhances one’s personal self-care and coping.

Earth Day is April 22, and to celebrate Rachel Reiter, RDN, LD, community outreach dietitian, will share ways to decrease waste in your kitchen. From planning ahead, to making better use of products to regrowing herbs and finding ways to extend your harvest, learn simple ways to help reduce waste in the kitchen for a better Earth.
