Yoga via Zoom

Did you know yoga means union? Yoga is a practice all about the union between your mind, body and spirit. Plan to join Helen Twite, ACE certified, yoga instructor, Parkview Center for Healthy Living, via Zoom, as she leads you through basic yoga movements.
