Dad’s Boot Camp Class

This class is designed for fathers only. The class offers expectant fathers a unique opportunity to interact with new fathers and their babies, as well as seasoned fathers with years of experience. The class will explore the many roles of fatherhood in an effort to empower and support new dads. Topics discussed will include Safe Sleep and SIDs prevention, baby care, home safety, car seats, how to be a supportive labor coach and the transition to fatherhood.
