Martin’s School of Cooking: Mediterranean Diet Made Easy

The Mediterranean diet is rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and healthy fats, which protect our hearts and can improve our blood sugar control. Join Lydia Hall, RDN, LD, community outreach dietitian, Parkview Center for Healthy Living, to learn about the Mediterranean diet and sample Mediterranean-inspired recipes.
