Laura Eck, CHWC, BSN, RN, brings you a presentation that will help you to get to know yourself better on an emotional level. So often when we think of what it means to be healthy, we focus on the physical aspect of health: diet and exercise. When we also focus on our emotional health, we increase our self-awareness, self-compassion and mindfulness. All of these areas, believe it or not, can affect our physical health. When we become more mindful of our emotional health, we in turn make better decisions to improve our overall health.
