Strength Training via Zoom

Plan to join Helen Twite, exercise instructor, Parkview Center for Healthy Living, via zoom, as she guides you through strengthening exercises with the use of small hand weights and stretch bands. This will include some floor work as well. It is a class that works the upper body and lower body and abs. A chair is recommended for support during standing leg exercises. It is not super strenuous, but you will feel the work out. A Zoom link will be sent to your email once you have registered.
