MOMS on the Move: Pre and Postnatal Exercise
A healthy happy mom can mean a healthy baby! With our new pre and postnatal fitness classes you'll discover how to stay active as your body begins to change and feel more comfortable during each stage of your pregnancy. Once baby has arrived, baby can join in the exercise too. You will begin to restore muscle strength, firm up your body and help you feel less tired because it raises your energy level and improves your sense of well-being.
Classes run for 7 weeks, beginning February 17, 2020. Class size limited.
