Qigong

Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises. Qi is a concept from traditional Chinese culture that roughly mean vital energy, information, breath or spirit.  Reduce stress, find inner peace and reward yourself with this wonderful class.

Cost:

6-week class (begins Aug. 18): $30

4-week class (begins Sept. 8): $20
