Participating in a Check-up Day is a great way to start your personal well-being journey. Only discounted lab work is offered at the moment. Appointments are required to ensure we can maintain the new guidelines for social distancing. Masks are required.

Package A – Lipid profile, Comprehensive Metabolic Profile – Cost: $35

Package B – Lipid profile, Comprehensive Metabolic Profile, Hemogram – Cost: $45

Package C – Lipid profile, Comprehensive Metabolic Profile, Hemogram, Hemoglobin A1C, Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) – Cost: $80

Package D – Same as package C with Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) for males over 50 – Cost: $105

Single Tests – Fasting Not Required
